Gallery Exhibit

In July 2008 I was asked to display some of my papier mache work at Space Studios here in Midland, MI. Space Studios is “an art studio built by artists-for artists. A pottery studio, painting loft and gallery – in a rural setting minutes from town.”

Thirty-one pieces are now on display in the gallery. The fine folks at Space displayed my work in a way that made my “props” seem much more like “art.”

It was very amazing to see my work displayed in a bright and contemporary environment, quite the contrast from the dark depths of my basement where they are created and stored.
