STOLLOWEEN Studio is excited to announce Online Papier Mache Workshops to compliment the studio based Papier Mache Workshops for those that live too far away to attend the Midland Michigan based classes.

Online Workshops Require:

-A computer with high speed internet access and a webcam, microphone and speakers or headphones.

-A Google Plus account.

-A willingness to complete a project within 30 days of registration.

 

Online Workshops Offer:

-Complete listing of tools and materials.

-Project templates. (If Applicable)

-Five one-on-one webcam sessions each one hour long.

-Support via email and text.

-Class times that fit your schedule.

 

Currently there are four Online Workshops available.

 

Online Papier Mache Pumpkin Workshop

 

This workshop will show you how to turn recycled cardboard and newspaper into a ghoulish or whimsical pumpkin of your own design. During the workshop you will learn several different techniques to build the pumpkin body and two very different ways to create the face.  Participants have 30 days from the first session to complete their pumpkin although the project can easily be finished in two weeks.

 

NOTE: This workshop requires cellulose fiber insulation to make the paper clay used in the process. Please make sure you have access to this material before registering.

 

SESSION ONE: Creating the Armature. (1 hour)

SESSION TWO: Creating the Face. (1 hour)

SESSION THREE: Creating the Stem and Ridges. (1 hour)

SESSION FOUR: Painting Techniques. (1 hour)

SESSION FIVE: Finished Project Review. (1 hour)

 

Price: $100.00 USD per person.

 

Online Papier Mache Zombie Workshop

 

This workshop will show you how to turn recycled cardboard and newspaper into a  rotting zombie head. During the workshop you will learn how to assemble the armature using supplied templates as well as how to sculpt with homemade paper clay. Participants have 30 days from the first session to complete their zombie although the project can easily be finished in two weeks.

 

NOTE: This workshop requires cellulose fiber insulation to make the paper clay used in the process. Please make sure you have access to this material before registering.

 

SESSION ONE: Creating the Base Armature. (1 hour)

SESSION TWO: Assembling the Zombie Template. (1 hour)

SESSION THREE: Sculpting Muscle and Adding Skin Texture. (1 hour)

SESSION FOUR: Painting Techniques. (1 hour)

SESSION FIVE: Finished Project Review. (1 hour)

Online Papier Mache Gargoyle Workshop

 

This workshop will show you how to turn recycled cardboard and newspaper into a very cool gargoyle with a three foot wingspan. The techniques used to build the armature for this project are very unique and quite fun. During the workshop you will learn several different papier mache techniques, making teeth molds and wing texturing. Participants have 30 days from the first session to complete their gargoyle although the project can easily be finished in two weeks.

 

NOTE: This workshop requires cellulose fiber insulation to make the paper clay used in the process. Please make sure you have access to this material before registering.

 

SESSION ONE: Creating the Head and Wings. (1 hour)

SESSION TWO: Assembling the Body and Building Feet (1 hour)

SESSION THREE: Final Clay Work. (1 hour)

SESSION FOUR: Painting techniques. (1 hour)

Online Papier Mache Pirate Skull Workshop

 

This workshop will show you how to turn recycled cardboard and newspaper into a very detailed pirate skull complete with pirate accessories such as eye patch, hat and assorted pirate bling. You will be provided with a set of templates that will allow you to make a very detailed human skull armature. During the workshop you will learn several different papier mache techniques to complete the pirate skull. Participants have 30 days from the first session to complete their pirate skull although the project can easily be finished in two weeks.

 

NOTE: This workshop requires cellulose fiber insulation to make the paper clay used in the process. Please make sure you have access to this material before registering.

 

SESSION ONE: Creating the Skull Armature. (1 hour)

SESSION TWO: Making the Accessories and Teeth. (1 hour)

SESSION THREE: Final Sculpting. (1 hour)

Within 24 hours of sending your request I will send a money request via Paypal to your email. Class payment can be completed using Paypal, Credit Card or Debit Card. If you would prefer to pay via money order please let me know when submitting your request. Once payment is received you will receive an email containing the tools/material list and directions for scheduling the first video session.

 

Please be aware that I live in the Eastern Time Zone and typically offer training between the hours of 12pm and 9pm Monday through Friday although alternate arrangements can be made to fit your schedule.
